- Pengertian Strategic Management
Sekumpulan keputusan dan tindakan yang merupakan hasil dari formula dan imlpementasi dari
rencana yang telah didisain untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan (Pearce II dan Robinson, Jr 2008
dalam Ali, Hapzi, 2019)
- Philosophy: Strategic Management
Mempunyai arah pada:
1. Visi dan Misi dan Jelas
2. Fokus yang jelas secara strategis
3. Selalu menyesuaikan pada perubahan yang cepat (Ali, Hapzi, 2019)

1. Environment scanning : eksternal dan internal
2. Strategy formulation
3. Strategy implementation

- Manfaat Manajemen Strategis
Menjadikan organisasi lebih produktif karena aktivitas organisasi diarahkan dengan pilihan strategi
yang sistematis, logis dan rasional, tercapainya pemahaman dan komitmen para manager dan juga
individu yang terberdayakan (David 2011 dalam Ali, Hapzi, 2019)
3. - Tipe strategi
a. corporate strategy : diversification, vertical integration, consolidation and geographic expansion
b. business strategy : cost leadership, differentiation and focus
c. functional strategy : design strategies, delivery strategies, processing strategies, sourcing
strategies, supporting strategies (Ali, Hapzi, 2019)

a. Strategy formulation
o Develop vision and mission
o External environment analysis
o Internal environment analysis
o Establish long-term objectives
o Generate, evaluate and choose strategies
Teknik-teknik perumusan strategi yang penting dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kerangka
pengambilan keputusan tiga tahap:
a. Tahap 1 (Tahap Input): berisi informasi input dasar yang dibutuhkan untuk merumuskan
strategi. Terdiri atas Matriks Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE), Matriks Evaluasi Faktor
Internal (IFE), dan Matriks Profil Kompetitif (CPM)
b. Tahap 2 (Tahap Pencocokan): fokus pada penciptaan strategi alternative yang masuk
akal dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor external dan internal utama. Terdiri atas
Matriks SWOT, Matriks Posisi Strategis dan Evaluasi
Tindakan (SPACE), Matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE), dan Matriks Grand Strategy.
c. Tahap 3 (Tahap Keputusan): hanya mengunakan satu teknik yaitu Matriks
Perencanaan Strategi Kuantitatif (QSPM). QSPM digunakan untuk mengevaluasi
strategi secara objektif.

Good Neighbors respects the human rights of our neighbors suffering from poverty,
disasters and oppression, and helps them to achieve self-reliance and enable them to
rebuild their hope.

Health : to contribute to decreased child mortality rate
Economy : to contribute to increased income
e. Generate, evaluate and choose strategies
There are 3 strategies that we choose
CRC–Child Rights Protection
We plan and implement projects that respect the human rights of children
based on our unchanging belief in human dignity, under the principle of
faithfully fulfilling the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).
6. Network
We stimulate our projects and expand our network by mobilizing the
human and material resources of communities in field countries,
encouraging them to actively engage in our projects as an organized
group of volunteers, partners, and community committees.
Advocacy
We conduct advocacy projects, such as campaigns, government policies,
and seminars to promote our projects and raise awareness of
governments or the general public as part of citizenship education.
2. Strategy Implementation
Implement program based on the planning and we adjust the implementation based on
community condition changes
3. Strategy evaluation
We evaluate the program implementation monthly, quarterly and yearly
