Dominant image
The intention for the billboard is for it to be lead mainly by the healthy eating aspect of my genre, when I say
this what I mean is that my dominant image on my billboard will be that of food however at the same time it
will be presented in a way that makes it look appealing to the viewer, the style of the photograph will be in
colour as well as up closeon the food so that it is almostin the viewers face whileat the same time also having
a correlation of life due to the photograph being that of colour and not mono.
Masthead
The masthead to my billboard, will be the same name as my magazine, the reason being for this is for the
promotion element, as well as this the masthead itself will be in a big fount to attractattention this as a result
means that it will be to the left side of the billboard out of the dominant images way so that it can attract
attention on its own, this as a result would make the dominant image strong on its own.
Essential information
The essential information will contain thewebsiteaddress,itwill beplaced to theleft of the billboard,the reason
for this placement is so that it does not attract a lot of attention as well as this the essential information will be
in a small fount,there is also theconsideration of includinga phonenumber as well as an email addresshowever
there is the question will these be a necessary requirement for the billboard to be a successful design.
Colour Scheme
The colour scheme to my billboard will be primarily green, red, black and white, the reason being for these
colours is they are what I believe will suit the theme of the food while at the same time they are also what I
believe will be attractive and eye striking to the viewer, as well as this I do not want for the billboard to be
overcomplicated as I believe by overcomplicating it would only result in it putting viewers of the billboard.
