2. RESPONSIBILITES:
 Schedules, plans, and coordinate the entire program of work.
 Preparation of baseline schedule considering SOW, agreed milestones and constraints
outlined in contract documents
 To review the project of work and to plan, organize and coordinate the project
planning activities.
 Preparing Project breakdown and Coding structure (WBS) in Schedule with EPC logic
networks for all Disciplines.
 Shall Prepare & manage the project Schedule from Detail Engineering to
commissioning stage & handling project activities involving working out various
requirements with respect to Planning Utilities, Machines & Manpower.
 Shall Prepare L1/L2/L3/L4/ EPC Project Schedules in P6, Cost Schedule, Progress
Measurement system from the Defined Scope of Work for the Project.
 Preparation of Progress S-curves , Histograms and reporting.
 To Update & Monitor the Project Schedule and Intimating Project Managers about the
performance of Critical Path on Weekly Basis.
 Preparation of manpower and equipment deployment charts and histograms.
 To update the project schedule regularly based on the information received from
project teams.
 To prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports.
 To create the look-ahead schedule and monitor the project progress periodically.
