drawings.
 Preparing the rate analysis for variation orders.
 Preparation of tender quantities and BOQ for the new contracts, rising queries for clarification on the tender drawings
and documents before finalizing the BOQ.
 Arranging meetings with engineering, sub-contracting, site and commercial teams before finalizing the BOQ’s for client
submission.

 Preparing the standard quantities and bar bending schedules (Substations, Roads, grading works, underground pits, dyke
walls and bund walls, tunnels, piles, buildings, deck slabs, tank foundations, massive foundations) based on the BOQ.
 Responsible for monthly running account bills preparation & Subcontractor bills checking.
 Preparation of Escalation bills.
 Preparing the rate analysis for variation orders.
 Preparation and submission of variations and agreeing with clients and consultants.

 Responsible for making planning and preparation of schedules based on L-II schedule & Catch-up schedules.

 Summarizing the site progress daily basis based on the execution team reports and monitoring with respect to the
schedule.
 Continuous monitoring the team to follow proper permit system and HSE requirements for execution of the job.
 Responsible for the KPI of the project and project team.

 Participated in 6400 Cum Mass Concreting of single pour in 106hrs duration with pre-cooling & post-cooling System
provided for controlling Heat of Hydration of Blast Furnace Foundation.
 Experience in scheduling and rig moment for 550mm Dia Cast in-situ Bored Piles in Slag Soil.
 Experienced in scheduling with permit holders to execute the tasks in Oil & gas field projects.
