(OMAN).
Client : OMAN ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES HOLDING COMPANY SAOC (Be'ah).
Total Project cost : RO 0.778 million
Projects Description:
The project consists of Administration buliding and Medical waste treatment
plant (Steel Structure). Plant area grade slab is designed for the installation of
two Autoclave T 1000 machines to treat medical wastes. The Project include fire
Fighting system, Electrical and Mechnical fittings.
 November 2014 to May 2015: Gulf Engineering Consultancy, OMAN.
Position: Resident Engineer

Project : Al-Batinah Coastal Housing Project in Sultanate of OMAN.
Client : MINISTRY OF HOUSING.
Project Cost: RO 85 million
Project Description:
This Project includes Construction of 850 Villas with Internal Roads and
Lightings. There is the cluster of Houses distributed in various districts of Oman

along the Batinah coastal line. The villas are framed structures with precast
members like slabs, bathrooms, boundary walls and staircases.
 July 2010 to August 2011: Vensar Constructions. Andhra Pradesh, India.
Position: Site Engineer.
Project : Construction of IIIT at Basara, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Client : A.P. Health and Medical Housing Infrastructure Development
Corporation.
Project Cost: INR 375 million
Project Description:
This Project has 6 GR+7 Buildings ,College Administartion Building , Mess, Car
Parking to accommodate 200 Cars, Internal Roads and Lightining.
Responsibilities Carried Out During Execution of Mentioned Projects :
 Responsible to supervise for the overall, engineering activities, development and
progress of the project as per approved schedule.
 Review the contract documents (drawing and specifications related to his
discipline) and advice the Project manager of any deficiency.
 Review Contractor’s submittals, related to his discipline and ensure its
compliance with contract requirements and ensure it is properly coordinated with
other discipline.
 Regular visits to Project site to ensure quality of work is in compliance with
contract requirement, good construction practice is in effect, only approved
materials are used and compliance with shop drawings. Report any deviations to
Project manager.
 Ensure that the Contractor has submitted the Method Statement (MS), Quality
Control Procedure (QCP) prior to starting the relevant activity.
 Ensure Inspection & Test Plans address all in the project specification or in the
Manufacturer recommendations.
 Regular spot checks of material delivered to site related to his discipline.
Directing the relevant engineer to continue the inspection of stored materials on
site to ensure it is as per approved materials as per specifiction.
 Attend technical Meetings with Client/Contractor and conduct weekly Progress
Meetings as and when required.
 Ensure Full coordination between all other disciplines/trades has been carried out
for all External and Internal MEP services.

 Reviewing and checking As-Built drawings by properly coordination with
contractor's project team to ensure it matches all site changes.
 Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports of the projects.
 Verifiying measurement sheet's prepared by contractor for the executed work for
the invoices and interim bill’s.
