Once you master the art of managing your orders more efficiently, you can eliminate reattempts, SLA
breaches, and even order cancellations resulting from delayed order delivery. This will:
Reduce SLA
breaches and order
cancellations
Avoid pick up
reattempts as pick ups
will not happen on days
marked as holidays
Buyer will be made aware of
revised promised delivery date
(holiday will be counted) before
making the buying decision
4. Why You Need to Mark Your Holidays
Marking your holidays in advance is very important.
A buyer’s decision to purchase a product is often dependent on the
delivery period. He/she will be made aware of the revised promised
delivery date (holiday will be counted) before making the buying
decision. This means you can avoid order cancellations.
You can avoid SLA Breaches and pick-up reattempts as pick ups will
not happen on days marked as holidays.
5. Marking Your Holidays
Step 1:
Login to your seller
account.Step 2:
Hover the mouse
over your
Account and
select Manage
Profile from the
dropdown menu.

Click on Edit to
set your
Working hours.
You can set your Working hours and
Vacation plan here.

Once you click on Edit, this card
opens up. Step 5:
Set your
Working
hours here.
Step 6:
Select your Weekly off from this
dropdown menu.
In case you do not select any day,
Sunday is set as a default Weekly
off.
Step 7:
Click on Save.

Click on Add to start
adding
holidays/vacations.
You can also click on More to
view your full list of vacations
added till now.
10. Marking Your Holidays
Once you click on Add, this card opens up.
Step 9:
Enter the dates between which
you will be on a vacation.
Step 10:
Select the Reason for your
vacation from the dropdown
menu here.
Step 11:
Click on Save.
11. Guidelines for Setting the Vacation Plan

Online selling runs similarly. The longer holidays you take as a seller, the more impact it will have on
your business.
All holidays should be
marked at least 2 days in
advance.
You can mark a maximum of 30
consecutive days, including
business holidays.
You can take a maximum
of 50 holidays in a year.
