Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated
colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood
All the images I have collected are related to football in some way, bold titles and vivid
colours make an appearance in all the magazines which entice the reader more so than if it
were bland. Furthermore all the magazines have a front page, world renowned footballer
which anyone who watches football will know and much like a brand of clothing, people will
appeal to certain magazines depending on who is on the front cover.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
All these magazines are similar in how they are laid out (front page footballers, bold titles,
vivid colours), therefore I shall try and follow that particular formulae, as it seems to be the
most effective method for enticing football fans and or sports fans in general. Furthermore
the inclusion of a highly rated, world renowned, popular footballer is more likely to intrigue
the masses over an average, lesser known footballer who plays in a lower division. The
better the footballer, the more popular the magazine is going to be.
