Feb 94 Immediate supervisor: Jim Pellerito. Primary responsibilities: Implemented a three shift
format for the processing of fresh produce into ready to use products. Implemented a
production training program in order to execute the three shift processing format noted
above. Provided daily supervision and direction for production managers and supporting
staff. This included: three shift managers, up to five line leaders, and up to one hundred
production associates. Collaborated with production managers and line leaders to ensure
quality standards, while controlling labor costs. Maintained processing areas for
sanitation, as well as proper working condition of all machinery. Interviewed, hired, and
terminated company personnel. Analyzed employees’ performance in semi-annual
evaluations, and promoted when necessary.
