Worked with RVP on improving Web site (Making it more user- friendly) Served
on committee to interview and hire a company to develop new touch screen
system to replace old outdated computers. I worked at Super Bowl, NASCAR,
NFL, and college events. I started employee perks program for the Nashville
Market that went company wide the next year. Work with local schools in
Williamson County to help them raise money and improve the stores sales in the
process.

I sold the stores and returned "home" to Nashville, TN to be close to family.

being President of the co-op in the Lexington Area. I was part of a group of DM's
who helped Papa John's develop a new compensation plan for the company
during my 2 years in Lexington. I also helped Papa John's get an "on-campus"
location at the University of Kentucky. I attended several Steven Covey
Leadership Seminars "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People".

I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, hired and trained
store managers and supervisors-in-training. Helped develop and test new
portion cups for more accurate food cost controls. Helped Regional Vice
President locate new sites for stores and also developed new store opening
game plans.

I was responsible for controlling food and labor costs while delivering top quality
