4. DEFINISI
Penglihatan adalah kemampuan
untuk mengenali cahaya dan
menafsirkannya, salah satu dari
indra. Alat tubuh yang digunakan
untuk melihat adalah mata.
Manusia dapat melihat karena
adanya kerja sama antara mata
dan otak.
Mata adalah struktur bulat berisi
cairan yang dibungkus oleh tiga
lapisan. Dari bagian paling luar
hingga paling dalam, Lapisan
Japisan tersebut adalah
sklera/kornea, kuboroid/badan
siliaris/iris, dan retina
9. Jaras penglihatan aferen berkaitan dengan aspek sensoris dari
indra penglihatan manusia. Jaras penglihatan aferen ini juga
melibatkan seluruh struktur yang berperan penting dalam
penerimaan, penjalaran, dan penerjemahan informasi penglihatan
yang diterima. Setiap struktur pada jaras ini memiliki anatomi dan
fungsi yang kompleks untuk menghasilkan penglihatan yang
optimal.

15. TRAKTUS OPTIKUS
➔ Keluar dari kiasma optikus menjadi
traktus optikus
➔ Memiliki proyeksi serabut yang berasal
dari nervus optikus temporal ipsilateral
dan nervus optikus nasal kontralateral
➔ Impuls saraf dari traktus optikus lateral
akan menuju korpus genikulatum lateral
dan diteruskan hingga korteks visual
➔ Traktus optikus sisi medial yang
membawa impuls saraf dari sel
ganglion retina fotosensitif
intrinsik yang berfungsi dalam
jaras refleks pupil memiliki
komponen serabut saraf yang
akan menuju ke nukleus pretektal
➔ Vaskularisasinya berasal dari
arteri komunis posterior cabang
arteri koroidal anterior.

17. KIASMA OPTIKUS
➔ Nervus opticus dari mata kanan
dan mata kiri setelah keluar dari
bola mata akan saling bersilangan
pada suatu tempat yang
dinamakan Chiasma Opticus.
➔ Bersifat parsial.
➔ Crossing, hanya nervus opticus
bagian tengah yang saling
menyilang, sedangkan nervus
opticus bagian tepi tidak
menyilang.
➔ Dari Chiasma Opticus, saraf optikus
(saraf penglihatan) melanjutkan diri
sebagai traktus opticus (Mega Iswari
et Nurhastuti, 2018).
➔ Serabut ekstramakular dari retina
inferonasal akan menyilang dan
melengkung sedikit ke arah anterior
di kiasma optikus. Area ini disebut
sebagai Wilbrand’s knee
(Wardani,2021).

19. KORPUS GENIKULATUM LATERAL
Korpus genikulatum lateral
berada pada bagian
posterolateral dari talamus
Korpus genikulatum lateral
adalah zona sinaptik untuk
proyeksi visual yang lebih
tinggi karena area ini
membawa impuls saraf dari
traktus optikus menuju radiasi
optik.
22. RADIASI OPTIK
Lengkungan radiasi optik inferior disebut
Meyer’s loop seperti yang terlihat pada gambar.
Sumber vaskularisasi radiasi optik adalah arteri
koroidalis anterior, arteri serebri media, dan arteri
serebri posterior. Pembuluh darah vena radiasi
optik mengalir ke vena serebri media dan vena
basalis.
23. KORTEKS VISUAL
Korteks visual primer pada manusia berada pada lobus oksipital serebrum dan
mengisi bibir superior dan inferior dari sulkus kalkarina. Korteks visual primer ini disebut
juga sebagai area V1, korteks striata, atau area Broadmann 17. Korteks visual primer
memiliki enam lapisan seluler fungsional.
24. Area korteks visual menerima informasi penglihatan
berdasarkan distribusi retinotopik. Korteks visual dari
penglihatan sentral makula mengisi posisi ujung paling
posterior pada lobus oksipital. Bagian superior dari korteks
menerima informasi dari proyeksi retina superior. Bagian
inferior dari korteks merupakan proyeksi dari retina inferior.
KORTEKS VISUAL
25. Sistem okulomotor bertujuan menghasilkan bayangan yang jelas,
stabil, dan binokular dengan memastikan bayangan yang
dihasilkan jatuh tepat di fovea melalui gerakan bola mata
Pengaturan sistem tersebut melibatkan korteks, batang otak,
nervus kranial III, IV, VI, dan otot-otot ekstraokular.

akan diterima oleh retina secara
bersilangan.
