Functions and responsibilities:
• Labor Law Compliance Issues to include wages, hours of work, classification of
employees, leave of absence and harassment under the Afghan Law.
• Write and maintain employee handbook and other job function policies and procedures
manual in conjunction with the corporate office HR department.
• Act as a liaison between managers and employees; facilitating human resources actions
such as recruitments, certification and labor-relations matters.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training staff to include new hire orientation and

Achievements:
• Developed and oversaw the management of employee files when the organization had
none during infancy. The files included application for employment, resumes, employee
contracts, pay increase request and performance reviews. Ensure files are compliant
with Project (s), policies and procedures.
