 Processing & auditing weekly, fortnightly, monthly payrolls which consist of approximately 100 to 100000
employees using Northgate (NGA) & Liaise with the payroll bureau (NGA) to ensure payroll is completed.
 SAP &Workday is using for payroll and HR requirements such as address change, view, download & print
payslips, absence management, time off, generating reports, etc.
 Handling employee queries and forwarding them to NGA where necessary.
 Processing starter and leavers for all monthly pay groups. Manually calculating final salary and holiday pay.
 Assisting in the administration of Auto Enrolment; Reconciling of pension breakdown using excels and
requesting payments to be made end on each month.
 Entering variable overtime, bonuses, commissions and etc. for each of the payrolls.
 Processing modified payroll for Expats and running Irish payroll.
 Processing loans, statutory payments (SMP, SSP, AEO's), and pension schemes.
 Dealing with queries; e.g. pulling overtime, absences etc, reports and resetting password etc.
 Any other payroll duties as required by the business as well as completing excel reports required by finance
and HR teams.
 Manually calculating missed hours and making advance payments to employees.
 Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating all payroll processes.
 Reporting PAYE in Real Time, Sending FPS for payrolls.
 Dealt with reference letters, offer letters, and taken care of joining and reliving formalities for the employees.
Work Experience:
 6 years of experience in UK, Irish, Expat payroll, Accounts, HR, auto enrolment, payroll transition, process
documentation and 1 years’ experience in other non-voice process (Tachograph) from a reputed UK based
payroll & HR Company.
 Visited our UK and Europe centres to attend business meetings, providing and receiving training, process
transitions and help onshore team on various payroll activities.
