Broker
Help clients buy and sell properties. Promote and advertise properties to be sold on print, digital and other
types of media. Prepare necessary legal papers required for the property transaction. Ensure the property
holds a clear title and there is no dispute. Negotiate price, commission with buyers and sellers. Compare
properties with recently sold to analyze their market price. Appraise property values and assessed client’s
income potential.
Relocation Specialist
Submit and provide quotes for the estimation of relocation packages. Arrange and provide the packers and
movers. Develop detailed records of each relocation. Assist in the completion of forms and documents
necessary to attain relocation assistance.
Leasing Agent
Conduct resident surveys and facilitate prospective residents with taking a tour around. Monitor occupancy
and availability of units and manage walking through units to ensure they are ready and in order. Prepare
move-in packages and lease paperwork. Administer follow-up of all rental inquiries and maintain lease
