This document describes a fibre reinforced concrete panel called "Sitaldevi Panel" created by Roman Man Shrestha. The panel aims to address the need for reconstruction and rehabilitation projects in Nepal after the 2015 earthquakes. It uses locally available materials like rice husk ash and human hair to improve the strength and ductility of concrete and prevent cracking. A business model and pricing analysis is presented, showing the panel provides advantages over traditional brick like lower emissions and easier installation. Comparisons to other building materials are provided. The creator thanks advisors and teachers for their support and hopes the panel can help address labor needs through its properties.

4. Let’s Review
• Properties of Plain Cement Concrete.
CONCRETE
Brittle in Nature
Microscopic Cracks/Shrinkage
Spalling of Concrete
6. WHY HAIR FIBER?
• Addition of Fiber to concrete can solve Problem of cracking, spalling etc.
• Makes more homogeneous and Isotropic and Transforms Brittle to more
Ductile material.
• Bumps of Hair help to lock cement Mortar and hair cords so that cracks can
be removed
• Hair have Keratin which is a proteins with long chain of Amino acids that
form a cycloskeleton in outer shell.
• As Nano size bumps help to lock cement mortar with hair cords which
prevent microscopic cracks.

HISTORY
8. Why Rice Husk Fly Ash?
• Locally Available from Industries
• One ton of Paddy generates 200 kgs of Husk
• 200 kgs of Husk gives 50 kgs of Ash
• The ash contains 80~90% Silica (i.e.) 40 kgs silica per ton of paddy
• As silica gives strength to the cement due to the formation of
dicalcium and tricalcium silicates
