March 2015 – Present : Sales Productivity Analyst at Malia Group – Amaret Chalhoub – Lebanon
Responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports, and producing sustainable and actionable
recommendation and following-up on execution allowing the sales team to meet set KPIs.
Main Tasks:
A. Data analysis, investigation and recommendation:
Conduct in depth data analysis using available tools and resources. Investigate information gathered and
suggest actionable recommendation to reach set company objectives. Follow-up on the implementation
and execution of corrective action
B. Customer Satisfaction/PR
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure that any request raised is dealt with on the spot.
Investigate customers’ complaints. Intervene promptly to fix sales matters.
Set a list of weighted clients and contact them each month to get feedback on CC. Raise any issue to
supervisor when needed.
C. Compliance
Collaborate with Quality Manager to set, update and ensure the implementation of company’s policy
& procedure to maximize productivity and avoid risks.
Work closely with the Quality Manager to create and or amend needed templates to gather market
data. Create questionnaires and surveys to get valuable data.

Collect & process customer phone orders

Follow-up pending orders (credit), delivery delays
Solve all returned invoices problems within 48h (contacts Customer Consultant and client if need be)
