1. Executive Summary
We want to come up with a product which is Grape flavour ice-cream. We are trying to give
people a new test. Today’s people are very much conscious about their health. They are not
going to take unhygienic food. So we think if we come up with ice-cream which is low fat, sugar
free and less caloric that will taken by everyone.
Grappy is a kind of ice-cream that provides the consumers grape but processed with indifferent
way. We have decided to launch Grappy at one product line in the market with reasonable price.
We have targeted all peoples. Because in every company mainly think about the young age. So
that aged people do not have any chance. Because they have many problem. So we produce this
product which is easily taken by everyone. We will starting with investment 48,00,000tk with
full equity. We will produce 2,00,000 pieces and sell it 25tk. Then we will earn 50,00,000tk. So
the business will get the net profit 2,00,000tk which is basis of 4% profit margin for the first
year.
The raw materials for our product primarily be collected from the local supplier. The product
will store and prepared for the finish goods. First we will sell our product in the local market or
in the near area. After that we will cover up the country market.
Our target is to get maximum profit but in low cost and make loyal customer. We will use the
Societal Marketing Concept, which holds that achieving organizational goals depends on how
well the marketers identify the needs, wants & interests and deliver the desired satisfaction more
effectively & efficiently than do competitors. We will use marketing communication mix for
promoting our product. We are using the natural ingredients for preserving this product. This is
very good for the health of the people & it is also quite refreshing for the summer season. Our
target market includes health conscious people, sick people, sportspersons & many other
consumers, segmented from the Demographical, Geographical & Behavioral point of view. After
all we hope our company will be introduced in global market as a ice-cream company industry
in this subcontinent.

Name of our product
The name our product is Grappy which is ice-cream. We select this name because we use grape
flavor and peoples will get the original test of grape. Also we use this simple name so that people
can easily remember our product name, not only that we also think that today’s people are less
interest in having fruits. That’s way we think that we will come up with a new product which is
encourage people to taking fruits. All the company produce their product for only one or two
types of people but our product is for everyone such as aged or senior citizen ,diabetics patients,
kids, sports person and many other consumers.
LOCATION OF THE COMPANY
We select Tangail for our company. We select this place because we can easily communicate
with our client. Our all main product is Grape and in Tangail we have our own supplier,so we
can collect the raw material for our product very easily. We will get some facilities in tax
payment. Because our business is outside of Dhaka. In Tangail we have less competitors so that
is our great opportunity to get the raw materials from the supplier in low cost. We will easily get
employs in here also in lower cost comparatively the other side of our country. The most
important part is that we will get bigger place in cheaply price. So in our concern I think that
should be a great opportunity for us to run our business properly and make highest profit with
investing low capital.

We use the fruit flavor which is grape. Also we use food colour, sugar, mineral water.
Our product is low fat, less caloric, sugar free and rich in vitamins and minerals. That
means our ice-cream is for everyone. We have our specific consumers and we are
divided them. As like senior citizen, diabetic patient, kids, actors and actress and
sports person. As our ice-cream is low fat and sugar free so everyone can take our
ice-cream. Because senior citizen always think about their health and diabetic patient
could not eat sugar because of their health. For that reason our product is much
preferable to all those peoples.

Price of our product is 25 tk. Also we will launch our product in 20th
August 2015. This is
approximately date for launching our product. At very binning of the day our product will
available in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong. After that we will come with new distribution in every
side of our country. We will distribute our product by truck and van.

Marketing strategy depend on 4p.
Product: our product is low fat, sugar free, less caloric and rich in vitamins

Place and distribution: In our plan at fast we want to sell our product in
Dhaka, Rajshashi and Chittagong. We will distribute our product by Van and Truck. Also
we will distribute it to the Retailers, shopping mall etc.
Promotion: For the promotion we will use posters, newpapers, banners, bill
board, leaflet. Not only that we will give samples and price-offs for branding our product.
Also we can give scholarship. By that way people will known with our product.

10. MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Frist we will collect raw materials from various source then we will process it and make it liquid.
After that we will transfer the liquid into specialized container. Then transport the containers into
a freezer with ice-cream stick and leave the containers for 6 hours until the liquid freezes. When
freezing complete then take out frozen ice-cream and cut it into shape. Take those finish products
and put it into wrapper. Put the finished ice-cream into card board box ready to deliver. finally

to overlook the aged generation demands. That is why we think that it is an opportunity for us.
So we launch “GRAPPY” especially for the aged people and diabetic patients. Also kids and
sports person. Because all the time parents are think about their child. A kids can easily take our
product. Because our product is low fat, sugar free and rich with vitamins. Also sports person
avoid fat food and our product is low fat. Today’s people are suffering diabetics. So those person
are not avail to take sugar or sweet items. So they can take our product because of our product is
sugar free.
