 Evaluating, testing & implementing new state of the art TMS optimization software (Ortec) to plan
operations & react to daily disruptions of that plan throughout the day. The software routes fewest
number of trailers/day, assigns drivers to these loads in a continuous moves process that plans the
entire network with the fewest miles/cost possible
 Project leader of above transition. Managed all phases of new business with Bimbo Bakeries in

 Led implementation of ERP/WMS software (AFS), a new platform to run business on.
 Developed brand new pallet business with Wakerfern for $250k/yr. profit.

flow rate capacity of building to determine optimal sort span and required staffing.
