2.  Providing schedules to all supplier as per tentative production plan.
 Releasing purchase order to suppliers as per actual production plan and inventory level.
 Follow up with supplier for timely delivery of material and providing next three days fixed production plan on daily
basis.

 Follow the chain of Part development and support to R & D department to achieve the date of ECN.
 Vendor development for alternate sourcing, User Requirement and cost effectiveness
 Looking all over job work outsourcing activities. (Machining, hardening, transportation etc.)

requirement.
