3. I am working as Technical Manager in AP Moller Maersk, world’s largest container shipping company. I
oversee 4 Mainframe applications. Along with that, I also work as SPOC for governance on effort
booking and Production Support planning for entire AMS part of the Account.
Responsibilities as Technical Manager –
Work closely with teams on Priority (P1/P2) tickets.
Keep constant check of new tickets coming in my applications and progress on existing tickets.
