time intensive process each month to an accurate and efficient automated process monthly.
o Identified an overpayment of Washington state workers compensation for the past year based
on the current earnings and hours calculation each pay cycle. Created a Cognos BI report to
identify each pay in the past year that was overstated for each employee. Completed the review
and reclassification of earnings and hours for Washington employees to correct the calculation
each pay cycle moving forward and created an automated process to refund employees for the
over deduction of this tax for the past year.
 Rasmussen College, Oak Brook Illinois
o Completed a two year analysis of company tax obligations for federal, state and local tax
authorities as compared to tax filings and tax service funding. Provided a detailed report of the
discrepancies and corrective action necessary.
o Designed and developed a detailed training document for UltiPro Tax Reconciliation process
and presented in a 1 day training seminar on site.
o Assisted in the project to create a new entity and the transfer of 200+ employees to this new
entity. Project was complete on time and under budget.

o Designed and created 2 Cognos BI reports for annual tax analysis for employees with possible
under funding of personal federal and state income tax as part of the company’s year-end

responsible for all system configuration changes, upgrades and support.
 Responsible for managing all aspects of project life cycle from scope of work through deliverables,
follow-up and relationship management.
 Recent Projects:
 Successfully led the team in the implementation of a companywide HR and payroll system
conversion from UltiPro to PeopleSoft. The implementation includes the analysis, mapping
and creation of customized reports, exports and validation.
 Led the HRIS Team in deployment of UltiPro .NET global application for all Medline
locations in the Europe arena.
 Support HR team in their efforts of Open Enrollment and provide insight as how to best
process the data within the constraints of SQL and UltiPro.
 Lead HRIS Configuration Analyst for current implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2. Design
and Develop over 72 internal and external HR/Payroll interfaces, review of system and
company configuration, and conversion processes.
 Design and Develop an automated process to import driver log times from PeopleNet to
Kronos Work Force Central application for timekeeping. The underlying data feeds into
the existing Kronos database, which is a MSSQL Kronos database. Create the underlying
automated event and reports associated with the Kronos import process.
 Design and Develop an automated process to allow employees to charge meals at the
company cafeteria directly as an employee deduction on their pay check. The data feeds
from the HR/Payroll UltiPro database directly to the MultiPlan ITC café software used to
scan employee badges at the cash register. Daily feeds from ITC to the Payroll Department
are uploaded to the UltiPro database when processing payrolls.
 Design, Develop and Project Manager for the Kronos Workforce Absence Management
implementation for 2 large divisions of Medline with over 2000 employees affected. This
new automated process has resulted in a more efficient method documenting absences and
accurate payment of quarterly attendance bonuses.
 Design and Develop configuration changes and procedures to allow for detailed Guest data
for business expenses submitted using Infor Expense Management as a result of the
Sunshine and Bribery Acts. This process allows for guest data to feed SAP financials
directly on a daily basis.
 Design, Develop and Configure Infor Expense Management to automate business expense
reporting for Medline Germany, improving accuracy and timeliness of reports from
submission to payment.
 Serve as the single resource to develop and manage all technical aspects of the UltiPro,
Cognos, Kronos, WinPak and Infor systems. These tasks included the development of
custom vendor, internal interfaces, and simple to very complex report development.. Serve
as a database administrator assisting in all functions from development to management and
upgrading.
 Deliver advanced/complex reporting solutions such as Dashboards and Standardized
Reporting (including the bursting of reports globally) using Cognos and SQL 2008/2012.
Created complex Dashboards with Area charts, Pie charts, Cross tabs and Multi prompts in
Report Studio.

 Designed and Deployed a front end database application to read legacy data and view expense reports
with attached receipts from ExpenseWatch. This allowed Internal Audit staff to easily review historical
expense data for audits or review of completed expense payments using ExpenseWatch.
 Project Manager for the implementation of UltiPro Web and UltiPro ASP upgrade to UltiPro .NET.

Daily feeds from ITC to the Payroll Department are uploaded to the UltiPro database when processing payrolls.  Design, Develop and Project Manager for the Kronos Workforce Absence Management implementation for 2 large divisions of Medline with over 2000 employees affected. This new automated process has resulted in a more efficient method documenting absences and accurate payment of quarterly attendance bonuses.  Design and Develop configuration changes and procedures to allow for detailed Guest data for business expenses submitted using Infor Expense Management as a result of the Sunshine and Bribery Acts. This process allows for guest data to feed SAP financials directly on a daily basis.  Design, Develop and Configure Infor Expense Management to automate business expense reporting for Medline Germany, improving accuracy and timeliness of reports from submission to payment.  Serve as the single resource to develop and manage all technical aspects of the UltiPro, Cognos, Kronos, WinPak and Infor systems.
