GVK EMRI: Chief Operating Officer Since April 2015 till date
Face of the company in Uttar Pradesh managing complex healthcare transportation business operations
sponsored by NAS and owned by Government of UP.
• Grew the organization by over 180% from 350 Cr. to 660 Cr. Per annum
• Leading 16000+ people (including Operation team, Doctors, Paramedics, HR, Finance, SCM, IT, Call Center
and Fleet Heads and Teams) a growth of over 106% in steering multi services operations spread across
large geographical area.
• Won new SPV on nomination designated as 181 services for the empowerment of women.
•Developed and implemented strategic initiatives for enhancing beneficiary net by

3. Minda Kyoraku Limited (GM Operations) March 2013 to Feb 2015
 Profit center head for MKL vertical (Blow molding division).
 Answerable to the promoters and board for cost control of P & L.
 Participating in feasibility study and cost finalization of new programs.
 Review of new projects to check the status of PSW approvals from Customers.
 Equity participation of nearly 125 L INR for new product on amortization basis at Bawal.
 Instrumental in supporting the increased Nissan volumes by 3 times within the existing
infrastructure.
 The Bangalore plant rejections were reduced from 22% to 6.5% and reducing.
TRATEC Engineers (P) Ltd General Manager Dec 2010 to Jan 2013
 Planning of both units in terms of loading and capacity utilization.
 Planning and procuring nearly 500 Tons of steel / month to fabricate different products.
 Based on stocks consumption rate, forecasting the weekly fund requirement and JIT delivery.
