Face of the company in Uttar Pradesh managing complex healthcare transportation business operations

• Leading 16000+ people (including Operation team, Doctors, Paramedics, HR, Finance, SCM, IT, Call Center

large geographical area.
• Won new SPV on nomination designated as 181 services for the empowerment of women.
•Developed and implemented strategic initiatives for enhancing beneficiary net by
1. Procuring and deploying 500 ambulances based on multi factor logic

 Participating in feasibility study and cost finalization of new programs.

 Planning of both units in terms of loading and capacity utilization.
