needed by OfficeMax executives.
Developed a two-year roadmap consisting of 14 projects to move OfficeMax from their current state to
our future state design. This included timing, duration, resource and cost estimates.
Tesoro Petroleum: Energy and Chemicals – Project Manager
Managed a project to approve and plan the deployment of a new POS and Back-Office accounting
hardware and software to 73 convenience stores in 4 four states.
Managed the project rollout in the field including the movement and direction of site coordinators and
installers, issue identification and resolution, field training, and communications.
ConocoPhillips: Energy and Chemicals – Project Manager
Managed the infrastructure transition of 15 applications for a data center shutdown. Managed the
planning, testing, and transition of the applications from Tempe, AZ to Bartlesville, OK.

BP Amoco: Energy and Chemicals – Project Manager
Managed the scoping phase of an energy trading data warehouse project designed to allow
consolidation of global data for the purpose of risk and credit reporting. Project was completed
approximately 10% under budget.
Directed the development of a “RUP Lite” development methodology for custom development and
package implementation projects. Portions of this methodology were later used as part of Capgemini’s
latest internal methodology.

Project Manager for a $7 million project to develop a global data warehouse utilizing SAS Risk
Dimensions, Oracle, Informatica, and Cognos to enable energy trading risk reporting for the Chief Risk

Project Manager for a project to consolidate the documentation and resource content for the upstream
technology divisions of the two oil companies during their merger activities.
