 Portfolio Reconciliation (Process involves complete portfolio reconciliation, across all product types)
o Reconciling portfolio of derivative products and collateral management.
o Analyzing the breaks in Trioptima (third party tool) and taking corrective action.
o Follow up with the involved parties to resolve the breaks
o Handling Team for delegation of work, managing escalations & people care activities.
o Training new hires on processes & guidelines to ensure smooth production on-boarding.
o Communicating new ideas with the manager for smooth work flow.
o Currently handling major Fed dealers and Non Fed Counterparty portfolios.
o Work on reducing the market risk or any margin dispute occurring by matching trades and therefore
improving matching percentage.
o Exposure in handling third party confirmation tools like DTCC and Swaps wire.
o Experience/working knowledge of derivative products.
 A result oriented Financial Professional with experience in Good knowledge of portfolio
reconciliation terms: OTC Derivatives, Collaterals, and Hedge funds, TriOptima /TriResolve
reconciliation, EMIR and CFTC regulation framework etc.
 Strong Experience of collateral and exposure reconciliation, support to margin calls, MTM dispute
resolution and reporting.
 A Good Team player, excellent written & oral communication skills, able to handle pressure,
multitasking ability. Inherent ability to absorb values from each person and each day of my life.
o Investigate on large MTM breaks and provide valuable feedback to team on margin call adjustment.
o Monitoring and investigating the major margin call dispute on a daily basis and help the service
representative to close the call.
o Daily and Monthly Metrics for team and managers to analyze.
o Correlating all process related data preparing Monthly Business Review.
o Training and mentoring new hires and reporting their feedback to the immediate manager.
o Working with product controller teams on daily valuations of trades to resolve the valuation breaks if
any.
o Continuous interaction with clients, middle office, traders, operations, valuations teams etc. over
telephone.
o Setting up new clients on TriResolve/TriOptima to perform reconciliation with them under CFTC and
EMIR regulation.
o Data analysis and investigation on the data to reduce disputes in valuations.
o Close interaction with stakeholders, FO, MO, BO, counterparties and controllers to work on the issues.
And try to get those resolved at earliest.
o Various repeating's to the stakeholders on a daily basis for the business impact and to identify the
disputes and to work on the resolution part.
o Project done on Volcker regulation.
o Reconciliation on position level break and Met level break based on ISDA practices.
o Liaised with IT support to incorporate the Dodd Frank and EMIR regulation related fields to the internal system.
Fields such as USI/UTI, USI/UTI Prefix, Reporting Obligation, Reporting Counterparty and etc.
