Software Quality Assurance is a process of monitoring the software engineering processes and
methods used to ensure quality. It is a method by which the goal of quality is achieved by including
conformance to one or more standards such as CMMI.
Responsibilities include:
As a Process Specialist my role is to assist Quality managers for reporting requirement and guide
project managers to achieve better CMMI level for their software project.

Overview of the Projects:
LiveBall (ION Interactive) Administrator Support is a powerful and highly specialized landing page
management platform for online marketers. Globally used for Email Marketing, Lead Generation,
Mobile Marketing, Online Advertising, Organic Traffic, Pay-per-click business.
Email Marketing is directly marketing a commercial message to a group of potential customer
using email. Marketing automation plays important role in this and widely used to enhance the
business.
Lead Management is a set of methodologies, systems, and practices designed to generate new
potential business clientele, generally operated through a variety of sales & marketing campaigns or
programs. At eClerx we used this concept to manage and enhance business growth of client.
Responsibilities include:
In Email Marketing project my task is to prepare reports and dashboards, updating them as per
client’s requirement. Studying how the links and html files are created and determine the amount of
HTML and TEXT files for a blast emails.
As a team member of Lead Management & support group, my prior responsibility was to fulfil client
