3.  Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the project with the stakeholders and end
user clients for ensuring completion of project within the scheduled time and cost
parameters.
 Managing detail designing of Piping and structural works (Conceptual design, detailed
calculations, component selection, plan drawings, material selection, part drawing).
 Ensuring effective optimum use of available resources.
 Coordinate with engineering and procurement and Quality teams to review the scope of the
job in terms of deliverables to be submitted to the client, finalize schedules to be met,
resources required as per contractual terms, and support in terms of required coordination

 Review the contract in terms of scope of work, obligations to the client, schedules, possible
areas of concerns, action plans, prepare the agenda for the kick off meeting with the client
and collect relevant information from various disciplines.
 Co-ordinate with the Engineering discipline who will prepare and issue deliverables such as
material requisition, technical bid evaluation and purchase requisition as required for
procurement activities as well as Deliverables like Drawings, Procedures, calculations etc.
These are then reviewed and monitored on a weekly basis and se of slippages corrective
action is taken.
 Interface with procurement to review the status of procurement activities and take
corrective action as needed
 Organize weekly review meetings with the client to discuss progress achieved to date as
well as a forecast for the following week in addition to any other issues which need to be
resolved.
 Interface with site to resolve site queries in terms of material not received, non-
conformance reports, drawings who then discusses and analyses the same with the
engineering, procurement and expediting teams as required to arrive at workable solutions
for site
 Follow-up with the procurement department for vendor offers and obtain vendor responses
for the technical clarifications raised.
 Ensure generation of all deliverables by Engineering Disciplines as per Bid requirement
(BOQs, Technical Documents to be attached to Bid, Costing for various equipment and
Bulks etc.).Shortlist and identify target vendors for various key equipment/ packages
 Manage the overall project for all the systems from design/BOM till delivery of
equipment/project with team of Engineers/Superintendents and Supervisors.

4.  Manage the Installation of various equipment on-board as per installation/erection drawing
(Technical drawings). Air/hydro test after erection of all the equipment of a system to
ensure proper installation and commissioning.
