 Determining project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and
performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
 Confirming product performance by designing and conducting tests.
 Determining project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time
requirements; sequencing project elements.
 Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving

 Maintaining Government Owned (GO) properties and managing in-house and contracted out
restoration, maintenance and construction projects through supervising a technical team of
12 employees.
 Applying project management skills in managing outsourced projects from start to finish
including preparing detailed and demonstrated Scopes Of Works (SOW), Independent
Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and Bill Of Materials (BOM)
 Preparing Engineering Designs, project schedules and cost estimates for In-House
