Present approved staff mobilization,demobilization,leave and replacement plans for approval by
MOH ahead of time.
Lead construction staff in assessing variation, claims and report, to MOH management the
technical position of the proposed variation.
Advise MOH of any foreseen slippage of Progress and propose corrective actions.
Present feed back to MOH internal auditing and any other third party auditing hired by MOH.
Review and initial RE assessment of monthly progress invoices.
Co-ordinate and review staff performance and ensure compliance with requirements and project
management good practice.
Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by Contractor's
Review/approved by RE and present to MOH comments of non-compliance , and I or of concern
and corrective action.
Assess change request as submitted by Contractor after reviewed and recommended by RE
and prepare relevant reports and MOH with recommendations.
Attend Executive meetings, weekly progress meeting, Quality meetings, Safety meetings and

drawings.
Issue and/or comment Contractor proposed site organization, key personnel CV's after they
reviewed by RE.
Review and monitor in timely manner, the Contractor's proposed construction equipments and
manpower histogram and advice MOH of any shortage.
Establish documented procedures to Overview and comment on proposed Sub-contractor,
Vendors, material, shop drawings and any other transmittal by contractor, Any deviation from
project requirements shall be properly reported to MOH Management addressing any possible
Time and/or Cost Impact associated with it.
Ensure contractors compliance with its contractual obligations concerning Design changes,
Tender Notices etc.
Regular visit to Project site for monitoring of site activities in respect of Quality, Safety and
Progress and advice MOH representatives of finding , areas of concern and corrective action.
Lead the supervision team to evaluate all request for information (RFI) as submitted by the
CONTRACTOR in timely manner. Then prepare the response to the CONTRACTOR without
delay .
Ensure supervision staff involvement and implementation of field Quality Control Procedures,
Safety and Progress aspects.
