of fertilizer in the world with annual production capacity at over 2.3 Million Tons of Ammonia and 2.6 Million Tons of

 Team Leader - Staff Engineer Mechanical Maintenance (January 2012 to date) 
(Reporting to the GM and leading a team of 40) 
 Senior Mechanical Maintenance and QA Engineer (September 2007 to January 2012) 
(Reporting to the GM and Senior Maintenance Manager and leading a team of 25) 
Job Profile: 
As Team Leader, at SAFCO - IV 3250 MTPD Ammonia production plant and Utility plants, handling the 
following tasks with defined Key Performance Indicator: 
 Leading for Planning, Coordination and Implementations for Plant Day to Day, Shutdown & Breakdown 
Maintenance and Turnaround related activities including manpower and material planning. 
 Lead, coordinate and manage all type of trouble shootings, problems solving, repair, maintenance 
(preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown) and overhauling works of Rotary & Static Equipment 
 Lead, Coordinate and Control Plant Turnarounds and CAPEX Equipment Replacement Projects activities as 
a Static Cell Team Leader, 03 times out of 06 Turnarounds. 
 Conducting periodic meetings with team & maintaining the operational parameters to achieve targets 
 Using SAP system in PM & MM module and Searching for the materials in RAMIS & MDRM. 
 Lead and coordinate plant minor and major modification activities. 
 Overall control and follow-up on modification / retrofit of the equipment and contract jobs.

o ABB13E2 Gas Turbines [122MW X 8] and its Auxiliaries like hydraulic systems, filter house, etc . 
o W W L’s Multi Stage Flash Evaporators 3.3 MGPD X 5 and water Treatment Plant. 
o BOP like Service and Instrument air compressors, Fire protection system, N2 system, Fuel gas 
system, Hypo-Chlorination system, etc. 
o Different types of Pumps, Fans, Blowers, and Compressors. 
o Different types and sizes of tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, & valves 
o Overhauling safety valves and setting up workshop, as well as boiler drum safety valves on line
