Total Project Cost : 60 million AED.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
 Coordination with Dubai Municipality & Other related authorities, Client, MEP Consultant, Cost
Consultant, LEED Consultant, ART design team including all Contractors.
 Monitoring & ensuring that project operations are in compliance with approved drawing,
specification, contract documents, all health & safety goals are achieved and QA/QC requirement
are implemented.
 Carrying out daily inspection of works & sign off the relevant part of the contractor’s Inspection

 Technical support to site engineers, manage & control all engineering coordination, day to day

Administration Building. Academic Building with two no’s of auditorium. Internal asphalt Road with open

Duties and Responsibilities:-
 Co-ordination & proper communication with the Client regarding project progress and area of
concerns, other competent authorities to short out of any project related issues.
 Co-ordination with various stakeholders within the consultancy team to short out of any design
issues came in notice during the construction. Maintaining the communication with Project
Manager of consultancy team regarding any changes in original scope of work by Client.
