 Handling in room dining without manager in total inventory of 153 and 21 villa in
Sultanate of Oman.
 To consistently provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and
service
 To have a complete working knowledge of the Menu, being able to answer guest
queries quickly, knowledgeably and in a discreet manner in line with the Hotel’s
standards.
 To handle any guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all
resolved / unresolved incidents are reported to outlet manage
 Leading team of 2 Supervisor and 10 team members
 Responsible for day to day operation

 Was permoted assistant manager in room dining from supervisor since looking
after the outlet without manager.
 To organize and carry out all mis-en-place duties prior to service to the required
are maintained
 To take food and beverage orders in a professional manner, taking every
opportunity to maximize sales in a discreet manner.
 To demonstrate a working knowledge of fire prevention and to ensure that staff
follow the hotel evacuation procedures on hearing the alarm
 Participate fully as a team member sharing Knowledge and Information and
supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive unit Team in achieving the Service
Standards of the Hotel
 To ensure that all items consumed by the guests are Correctly charged in order to
maximize revenues and guest Satisfaction
 To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by Management
 Responsible for grooming and training the in room dining team in technical and
behavioral aspect.
 Responsible for the overall profitability of the department.
