Carrying out Tender Risk Evaluation - The fairness of the client
proposed Terms & Conditions i.e. the bias clauses & specific
major clauses are in existence e.g. Force Majeure, change
order, subsequent Legislation and the equitable fairness
thereto and to advise Marketing / Proposal Team on
Contractual risks and offer modification / mitigation measures.
Review Client response to submitted modification / mitigation
and recommend reaction, where applicable.
Execution
Review of Contract document before signing by the
authorized signatory to ensure inclusion of all addendum &

Identify Contract Requirement such as Terms and Conditions,
