Managing and motivating a team of five sales assistants ensuring the exemplary award winning level of

Reduced the Delivery Units retrospective Purchase Orders down to zero, the lowest on the route.

to accurately monitor / report project costs and forecasts, this is down to determined approach in

Site walk outs with prospective contractors to ensure fair tendering, setting of tender weighted matrices,
reviewing and scoring tender submissions, tender evaluation and report writing, key in encouraging none

sponsor review.
