1. Currently a senior Manager in IPC industry & a qualified Marine Engineer with a total experience of 24 years
and master of business administration in Asset & client Relationship management. Have been able to successfully
transit hands on marine capability to the Asset Management Industry (IFM, PAM & PMC).
Prior to joining CBRE, I was with JLL rendering support to Technical team, Technical, HSE audits, critical
environment & risk management of various accounts and was later appointed as Technical Lead for BNP Paribas
(BKC) ( 1,40000 sqft, 1500 KVA & 600 TR) and subsequently elevated to Facility Manager.
Subsequently, I joined CBRE and had been entrusted with the responsibility of Property Manager for G Corp
Techno Park, a commercial site of approximately 0.75 million square feet ( 6000 KVA & 2400 TR) at Thane.
Savings of approximately INR 8 lakhs has been achieved on site through successful vendor negotiations and
reduction in energy consumption.
I am currently the lead of client’s (Radius Developers) projects / fitouts coordination, client Management &

in command to property manager in Building Operations at One BKC, which is a premier property of 2
million square feet (13500 KVA & 3500 TR).
At current site (One BKC), I did building transitioning & take over from Radius developer’s Project Team (
Civil & MEP). My current role & responsibilities is of fit out coordination, readiness of vacant spaces for fitouts &
handing over of completed spaces to the occupants, coordination with Land lord’s, various IPC’s sales/ transaction
team, local brokers & new probable clients for vacant spaces due diligence for leasing or out writing of spaces.

I served in the INDIAN NAVY for 20 years and had hands on experience of operation, maintenance and
repair of Diesel & Gas Turbine Engines (1, 36000 HP), and other auxiliary equipment like Gas Turbine
Generators ( 1500 KW), Diesel Generators (3000 KW), Gear boxes, Boilers, Evaporators, HVAC plants,
