Key Duties / Responsibility:
Delegation of regular work like incoming inspection, In process inspection and Pre dispatch
inspection.
Prepare new tools/checklist for inspection purpose.
No delay due to inspection.
Inspection of samples from supplier for vendor approval
Maintain documentation of vendor approval
Keeping track of first 3 trial orders from vendor and maintaining its record.
Inspection of Semi FG at vendor works
Reporting non conformance in semi FG to vendor and ensuring implementation of CAPA at their
end
Attending any non conformance reported by production
Reporting immediate non conformance related to product, process and IMS to Quality Manager
Timely interaction with different department for ensuring organization’s target
Provide decision for giving status to material under incoming inspections
Ensuring no deliberate or inadvertent usage/execution of non conforming material or activity
Ensuring timely inspection at all relevant areas to avoid delay in further activities
Assisting & Training shop floor technician for any technical support during manufacturing process
Ensuring the availability of inspectors/quality personnel in shop floor
Reporting non conformance to defined parameters for designed manufacturing process and IMS
Restricting any non complying activity endangering the organization’s targets
Ensure adherence and maintain IMS system in department as defined in organization
Maintaining safe work place within department by executing the good practices, such as 5S etc.
Adherence to HSE guideline within department among inspectors
Accountability:
