Responsible for Entire Flextronics Mechanical Parts Incoming & Suppler Quality activities.
New supplier development according to the requirement.
Responsibility of Periodic Supplier audits, Quarterly Internal audits & Customs audits on Incoming aspects.
Responsibility of External audit of UL, ISO at SQA & IQC aspects.
To justify & get Credit/Debit note for rejected materials at incoming.
To send NC notification to supplier for material rejection & get it close within the target date.
To receive and verify the Supplier Corrective Action action’s and share with CFT.
To conduct the analysis for line rejection parts within the plant and supplier end.
New part drawing verification and feedback to customer or else engineering team.
New supplier development for the mechanical items (Supplier Profile verification, Suppler Manual, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Supplier
Assessment) as per Global Audit Procedure
First Article Inspection& Approval for the new parts.
Production Part Approval Process implementation.
Customer approval for new parts and report preparations.
Customer deviation for any minor issues as on permanent or else temporary.
Assembly verification of the new part and new supplier.
Report preparation for weekly customer review.
Supplier Score card for the frequency of monthly preparation& monitoring.

Mediator in between Buyer as well as supplier for suppler quality related issues.

2. Calibration Engineer:
Responsible to ensure the calibration is done as per the standard.
Identify the needs for Calibration
Effective communication with department managers and manufacturing personnel to identify and resolve equipment/instrument
problems.
Interacting with customer for understanding the requirements and solve critical issues in calibration queries.
To maintain the Calibration equipment/instrument Master list & periodically review it
Responsible to decide on the calibration frequency of instruments based on usage, calibration report / history and /or after discussion with
user
Qualifying the external calibration laboratory by conducting the assessments in regular intervals
The Responsibility to ensure that, this Technical Requirements and Technology Alignment by Equipment Calibration Service Suppliers.
Originating Procedure and work instruction for Calibration compliance
Confirm with user about the list of instruments whether they are in-use, under breakdown, idle or EOL project instruments.
Record all Test results and Check if all test readings are within the test limits during calibration
Perform the Calibration Audit as per the schedule
Check the instruments are calibrated before to use for analyzing and rework.
Facing the ISO 9001 and TS16949 certification & surveillance
Preparing the audit report and release that report to management
ESD coordinator:
Provide the guidance to maintain an ESD compliance area
Ensuring the ESD compliance testing methods are done in EPA
Responsibility to done the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly ESD buy-off in EPA
Originating Procedure and work instruction for ESD compliance
Responsible for providing ESD basic training to employees
Interacting with customer to fulfill their requirements and solve critical issues in ESD compliance
Interacting with ESD specialist to understand the critical issues in ESD compliance
Developing the site for ANSI / ESD S20.20 certification
