 Layout Inspection Report as per Customer Requirements.
 QMS documentation Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process
Control, Product and process audit, Endurance test, Salt Spray test.
 Maintain daily Rejection data and taken the basis on counter measure.
 Conduct supplier process / system audits based on the performance of supplier
 Conduct Internal audits & External audit based on system (TS.).
 Check PDI at Quality Gate.
 Testing of Development Samples & take actual improvement in samples.
Responsibilities in Calibration From Dec.-2014 to Till now
 Calibration of Load Testing Machines (CNC) by Ring Proving Gauge.
 Calibration all Verniers, Micrometers, H. Gauges and in-house made Gauges ( inside
Dia, Outside Dia, N/c check and Profile of Gauges and Fixtures)
