 Ensuring minimum defects through internal rejection analysis and monitoring the same.
 Review of previous day internal rejections and disposal of non-conformities.
 Monthly analysis of non-conformities and action on top three contributors to prevent the
recurrence.
 Formulating Process control sheets, daily rejection reports, work instructions and visual alerts.
 Effective tracking of 8D reports for non conformance in supplier parts and status of closure in
time.
 Involved in real time preparation and implementation of Control plan, FMEA, and all PPAP
documents.
 Responsible for supplier selection, monitoring and communicating the monthly rating to the
supplier.
 Involved in new supplier selection by evaluation and supplier audit at supplier end.
 Visual Improvement including implementation of 5S Techniques.

 Understanding the fitment related issues and arranging necessary segregation to support
customer line.
 Arranging and complete co ordination of Third Party Inspection and responsible of successful
completion.
 Co ordination of PPAP Audits and process audits by customers like M/s Tata Motors, M/s
Bosch, M/s Greaves, M/s Nissan Ashok Leyland etc.
