 Expertise in planning, engineering, managing and executing Quality domain in Telecom projects.
 Presently working as QEHS Engineer (Product and Process Excellence) with Huawei Telecom (External) at Gurgaon
location.
Current Responsibilities:
 Monitor Project quality of installation work done by Implementation teams, as per equipment specific standard and
punch point closure on the basis of standard SLA period.
 Monitoring KPI(Keep performance index) issues related to product installation, Maintenance and conduct review
meeting with customers on outage analysis.
 After audit, analysis of Site Quality Index (SQI) and Service Quality Index (SeQI) and depending on it perform and
predict the fault reduction by manual handling.
 Safety passports implementation for site workers, checking medical, height work certification etc.
 Core equipments installation on the basis of SOP and audit in MSC.
 Analysis of issues with PDCA cycle(Continuous improvement scope),SIPOC implementation, RCA(Major fault and
drawback analysis),5S techniques(Warehouse and material audit), Six Sigma tools(Program chart, G-natt chart
,Histogram ,Pareto analysis, Health chart, Box Plot) and FMEA(Partly) technique.
 Help central audit team in ISO 9001 audit in circle. Audit of Nomenclature, Documentation records, Customer
related process (RFI,RFAI etc.),Material verification, Selection of suppliers, Quality management data records and
validation.
 Customer Issues handling on Quality KPI. Meeting with Customer (Vodafone, Bharti) on product I&C quality and
Health and safety requirements and improvements.
 Resolve the quality issues raised by TI team, typical issues shared with central site solution team.
 Material wastage analysis on every period basis of site audit.
 Warehouse audit Material inspection in every period before deployment.
 OCI for core site equipments.
 Warehouse audit and material verification on BoQ. BoQ (Bill of Quantity) assessment on every period basis to
optimize the unusual material involvement in installation packages.
 Audit of RFI checklist, RFAI checklist, QA checklist generated by implementation team with approval of customer.
 Material wastage reduction by auditing and standardizing the SDR (Site Delivery Request) folder.
 Conducting Quality Review meeting (QRM), Brainstorming sessions, QCAD program, with deployment team and site
solution team and vendor teams.
 Release of (MoM) Minutes of meeting and continuous follow up on the action point and closure till next Mom
generates to control punch point generated by implementation end.
 Conducting OJT (On Job Training) on different BTS, SDH, PDH, Multiplexer, Router, BSC, Core elements and
connectivity.
 New vendor evaluation program by QCAD (Quality Competency and Appraisal Development) conduction for them and
assure evaluation.
 Subcon Selection Joint audit with Procurement team, internal cyber security team and implementation team.
 Periodic site audit and quality assessment of installations and commissioning of equipments.
 Conduct training to Engineers, technicians, managers to develop quality in continuous improvement environment.
 Plan the training of newly launched equipments to Implementation team for the betterment of installation.
 Quality Audits in BSC & MSC sites as per customer requirement.
 Maintaining the Documentation pertaining to Quality & verifying same of Subcon end.
 On the basis of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action ) generation of CAPA (Corrective actions and Preventive Actions) reports
and follow up for closure on every period basis, technical and analytical class room training as per needs.
 Preparing all the Summary audit reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
 Resolving the customer concern regarding Quality improvement, statistical data analysis and presentation to
customers.
 Communicating with peers & providing them Technical consultation & advice.
