interpersonalskills are necessary to propel organizational growth.
Skills & Abilities
. QC Inspection per IPC: I was trained through my current company and went over standards for solder joints, flow of
solder, proper lead lengths, and correct orientation of components.
. Advanced Solder through current company: I work with Lead Free Solder, No Clean Solder and Water Soluble Solder.
Perform tip test every day, removed components and replace them as needed or just reflow them. I solder jumper wires
from components to vias or other components. Feel very comfortable working with any chemistry. I can solder SMT
component to the 0402 level.

TEST TECHNICIAN | MAGNA | APRIL 2013 TO PRESENT
· I primarily worked on production floor coverage. Maintaining all test equipment and keeping our lines running at all
times. My operators would test boards/parts and I would do the analysis of any failures that occurred. I would have to
look at the schematics or use Team View to try and pinpoint a fail. I perform monthly, quarterly Preventive Maintenance
on all fixtures assigned to me. Change probes on fixtures, brush pins,do changeovers for operator as needed. I would
communicate with Engineers, supervisors, Line Supervisors throughout my shift and make sure they were aware of any
issues we might be having with a test or fixture. I measure out components and check for continuity to other
components or traces on the board. Try to determine if failure is due to component or PCB whether it’s a Vendor issue
or programming issue. I train new operators on procedures in our test area as far as good documentation practice, MM
reports for end of shift, reading a true failure versus false or intermittent failures. Communicate with my supervisor as

far as any improvements that can be made for our area to reduce waste, or increase our productivity. Entering all
analysis into our system putting notes in as needed, can check Pareto to see if this has been a common failure or not.
For the last 2 years I have been working with a Business Unit in my Plant still as a test tech. I primarily focus on Final
Assembly Failures and Plant returns for analysis. I work with my Test engineer helping improve current testing,
equipment. I am to make sure all of the equipment in my building is calibrated annually, from DMM to DAQ Cards from
computers. I have assisted in rebuilding computers after others have crashed, modifying test fixtures to ensure we get
the most accurate measurements from them. I help validate newtest equipment for finalassembly, create newTool
Numbers and set up Preventative Maintenance on all equipment. I would make Go/NoGo units for all lines and
customers to ensure all test cabinets and fixtures are in working order. Problem solving was involved quite a bit as far
how to reduce scrap, increase attainment, and improve FPY. Help track traceability on parts from lines, did it go
through all processes before hitting finalassembly. If not where does it need togo back so it won’t fail in Final Cell.
Training team Leads and Operators on newequipment and testing also fell into my hands on occasion. Report out to
Assistant GeneralManager,Plant Manager every month on top 5 issues as far as FPY, scrap and downtime concerns.
Working with Warranty group to ensure they are aware of any current issues or concerns with products on production
floor. Work the Manufacturing Engineering group tosee if failures are caused by setup of equipment and/ test
equipment. Work with Vendor/Supplier on getting newitems quoted for newproduct hitting production floor.

worked on Dynapace line building the boards before they went through the Wave. I sat at the end of the line inspecting
the boards for reversed parts, missing parts, and insufficient solder. Would dorework as needed on boards replacing
parts or placing them correctly.
