 Receiving Inspector: Responsibilities as inspect all the incoming materials on a daily basis,
identify non-conforming products and materials. Issue Defective Material Notice reports and
follow up with suppliers
 Quality Auditor: Responsibilities as conduct 100% evaluation via early production
containment. Conduct process, layered and/or product audits to predefined checklists.
Perform dock audit, document Defective Material Notice reports
 Quality Lab Technician (Current position last 12 years): Responsibilities as perform all
required lab tests for extruded sealing, injection molding parts and paint lines. Such as tensile
strength, compression force, Mooney viscosity and rheology.
Sample layout & GRR studies on test fixtures/gauges used in house. Carryout life cycle testing to
evaluate durability of manufacturing products. Ensuring that current production parts meet all engineering
specification and performance tests. Annual validation of all parts manufactured in house.
