ROLE: Project Controls Manager
Responsible for cost control, planning & scheduling, estimating, document control and quantitative risk assessment on this $7B mega-project
(peak manpower of 17,000). Key Owner’s Team role with direct contractor management of $1.6B of scope. I was engaged for the final year of
the project following its acquisition by MMG, tasked to turn around a dysfunctional project controls function. In the absence of the Project Director
and his deputy I assumed primary authority at the site with delegated authority of the Project Director. I was responsible for managing close-out
of the project including leading the claims mitigation and assessment process against the EPCM and Owner’s direct works contractors.

ROLE: Project Services Manager
Prior to indefinite suspension of the project due to low oil price was engaged as the client Project Services Manager responsible for planning and
implementation of the FEED and EPC contract, estimate and schedule. Developed from first principles the Project Master Schedule and EPC
Project Schedule. Conducted estimate reviews and developed benchmarking report to verify the EPC estimate.

Lead consultant providing project delivery services in the delivery of process plants for concentrating and refining extracted oil, gas and mineral
resources. Typically seconded into Owner organisations to create a step change in capability of the Project Services/ Controls function.
