SBM ECP and periodic Cost and Schedule updates/forecasts. Coordinate preparation and timely
completion of various weekly/monthly Project Reports. Ensure project correspondence and

Projects executed during the period:
Idoho BP – Edop Subsea Maniofold ($78M). Replacement of 2 km 24” pipeline from

and subsea spools at Edop SSM. Project was completed on time and below the approved
budget ($97M).
Production Uplift Pipeline Project (~$265M). The project comprise of 4 riser replacement
in various locations, installation of 2 gas injections, installation of 2 expansion loop-lines
and a pipeline replacement (500m).
Oso RE and Condensate Pipeline Replacement Project ($670M). The project comprise
of 4 Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRA) pipelines – first in Nigeria and four platform
modifications (brownfield). The project was completed in Jul 2012 within the full funding
budget limits and ahead of the scheduled (P50) completion date; a singular
accomplishment in the NPO Pipelines Program.

estimated TIC of close to $1B. Lead the team in the development of control packages, schedules,
preparation of internal and external project progress reporting. Supervise the project cost reporting
with highlights on budget variances (current budget vs. Forecast), application of EVMS for budget
analysis and measuring schedule performance against the budget, capturing committed costs,
analysis of risks and opportunities impact to the project costs. Control of project scope changes
