SBM ECP and periodic Cost and Schedule updates/forecasts. Coordinate preparation and timely
completion of various weekly/monthly Project Reports. Ensure project correspondence and
documentation files, Project MOC process and project Change Order Logs are maintained. Leads

Projects executed during the period:
 Idoho BP – Edop Subsea Maniofold ($78M). Replacement of 2 km 24” pipeline from
Idoho Platform to Edop SSM. Includes demolition and replacement of new riser at Idoho
and subsea spools at Edop SSM. Project was completed on time and below the approved
budget ($97M).
 Production Uplift Pipeline Project (~$265M). The project comprise of 4 riser replacement
in various locations, installation of 2 gas injections, installation of 2 expansion loop-lines
and a pipeline replacement (500m).
 Oso RE and Condensate Pipeline Replacement Project ($670M). The project comprise
of 4 Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRA) pipelines – first in Nigeria and four platform
modifications (brownfield). The project was completed in Jul 2012 within the full funding
budget limits and ahead of the scheduled (P50) completion date; a singular
accomplishment in the NPO Pipelines Program.
Project Controls Manager 2008 - 2010

Major Integrity Projects – Pipeline Projects. Involve on EPCM of 5 pipeline projects with
estimated TIC of close to $1B. Lead the team in the development of control packages, schedules,
preparation of internal and external project progress reporting. Supervise the project cost reporting
with highlights on budget variances (current budget vs. Forecast), application of EVMS for budget
analysis and measuring schedule performance against the budget, capturing committed costs,
analysis of risks and opportunities impact to the project costs. Control of project scope changes
ensure adherence with the change control procedure. Analyze reports from planning and cost
control, procurement and advice/highlight areas of concerns and remedial actions. Ensure
accuracy and consistency of schedules, cost and performance reporting. Support project
management team on resource planning, schedules, and project cost analysis. Build up a

Second Gas Development Project N/S Pipeline for PETROBANGLA. Construction of 128Km
24” gas transmission pipeline from Kailashtila to Ashuganj. Developed the local component of the
projects budget in close coordination with the project manager. Monitored and reported project
commitments monthly and reviewed quarterly forecast at completion with the project manager.
Reported project performance by monitoring direct manhours and reported quantities installed -
captured and reported manhours, quantities, productivities, earned value and schedule

IPSA II (Iraq Crude Oil P/Line Trans S.A.) Construction of 1000 KM 48” crude pipeline from Az
Zubayr to Yanbu along with 7 pump stations. Field Cost controller monitored the construction of
Pump Station 5. Primary duties were reporting of project performance by monitoring direct
manhours and reported quantities installed - captured and reported manhours, quantities,
productivity, earned value and schedule performance data. Ensured forecasted quantities and
manhours were updated to provide an accurate analysis of productivity and trends in direct and
indirect manhours.

The project comprise of 4 Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRA) pipelines – first in Nigeria and four platform modifications (brownfield). The project was completed in Jul 2012 within the full funding budget limits and ahead of the scheduled (P50) completion date; a singular accomplishment in the NPO Pipelines Program. Project Controls Manager 2008 - 2010 DeltaAfrik Engineering Ltd. Major Integrity Projects – Pipeline Projects. Involve on EPCM of 5 pipeline projects with estimated TIC of close to $1B. Lead the team in the development of control packages, schedules, preparation of internal and external project progress reporting. Supervise the project cost reporting with highlights on budget variances (current budget vs. Forecast), application of EVMS for budget analysis and measuring schedule performance against the budget, capturing committed costs, analysis of risks and opportunities impact to the project costs. Control of project scope changes ensure adherence with the change control procedure.
