• Advised Southern Energy Mid-Atlantic on rapid installation of railcar loading and unloading facilities at two power plant
locations in MD that had loss use of a pipeline system due to a leak by developing solutions to supply Bunker C to the plants by
barge and rail in six weeks’ time instead of a year with competitors.

• Oversaw two facilities completely modularized and undertaken in a fast track mode with total peak manpower was approximately
175 personnel.
• Served as Project Manager tasked with engineering, procurement and construction support for a $400M project for Maxus Energy
Corporation in the Ecuadorian rainforest with peak manpower of 150+ personnel.
• Maintained 375,000 engineering man hours required to design two grass roots Central Production Facilities and significant upgrades
at two existing facilities.
• Facilities included a 205Km 16 inch pipeline, 147Km 4 inch pipeline, and 200+ modules that made up the production facilities barged
up the Amazon and then the Rio Napo. By suggesting heating the high pour [point crude by Turbine generator exhaust instead of an
additional blending line the customer was saved 250 million Capex.
• Championed fast track, modularized project for Chevron including engineering, procurement, and construction of two
demercaptanization plants independent from one another in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Led front end engineering and design of a 40,000 BPD central processing facility for Marathon in Tunisia.
• Rehabilitated a 277-km Mozambique product pipeline during an on-going civil war including intelligent pigging of the line and
interpretation of the resultant defects report, thus generating replacement of 38km of pipeline and extensive sections sleeved.
• Led the design of the cellar deck for the Rough Storage project platform in the North Sea with Worley for British Gas.
• Guided the full field design of the Salman Gas Field situated in the Persian Gulf, 140 km south of Lavan Island to include three major
pipelines, six PLEM design, and three shore crossings.
