Job Description:
 To deliver Technical Integrity health of offshore production station to a state of 100%
reliability of mechanical static facilities.
 To ensure readiness of TMM activities either via workboat/workbarge or living Quarters
based and exercise control on cost management and efficiency of workforce.
 To manage minimize and clear all deviated conditions of facilities under stipulated
timeframe.
 To ensure all SIMOPS/SSP requirements are fulfilled and complied to current standards
and Sarawak Assets management approval are obtained.
 To ensure all onshore fabrications of pipe spools and structures are completed in time
for offshore installation in accordance to current SMEP maintenance Inspection
Standards.
 To ensure all Specific Work Procedures for heavy lifting, complex and high risk
maintenance activities are covered.
 To ensure all activities are conducted in accordance to Maintenance Cost Work
Transparency procedures and ensure all service providers to TMM comply.
 To ensure that Hazards & Effects Management Planning (HEMP) is in place, and HSE risks
associated identified has mitigation measures in place.
 To prepare and submit static mechanical inspection report and drawings to contractors
for fieldwork scoping activities, isometric drawings preparation and material take off
compilation.
 To ensure HAZID workshops are conducted for all parties involved before each TMM
offshore campaign.
Special Challenges:
 Readiness of every topside maintenance campaign requires to be 100% before field
execution.
 Cost optimization of all resources is the main key driver within maintenance activity.
 In control of every sequence of maintenance activity from planning, material
procurement, onshore fabrication, mobilization, field execution.
 Recognize and take recovery measures for stalling activity and seek immediate support.
 Double role during execution if there is more than a company inside the barge. Acting as
a CSR to vendor and DESB TCBM team while on the other hand be a Representative for
TMM scope.
 Fully prepare myself on the scope in case onboard CSR cannot make decision on the way
forward while campaign still on-going.
 Ready to receive challenge on surprise occur onsite and technical concern raise by
different parties.

 Assisted Mechanical Static Engineer to review work scope, jobcard, isolation plan, lifting
plan & procedures, method of statement, hotwork risk assessment (HRA) documents
during preparation states.
 Participated in Workpack challenge, and IPOP (implementation project on paper) for
scope finalization, planning and optimization.
 Participated in task force meeting for campaign readiness review.
 Participated in Low Cost Optimization Workshop to review all the Work Order to reduce
Maintenance CM backlog
 Prepared the SSP (Shell Specific Procedure) and SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations)
document for E11 TMM campaign prior to execution
 Assigned to Labuan for site verification - fabrication and materials kitting to ensure
materials ready prior to execution.
 Acted as TMM LQ site team CSR and Workbarge Campaign Supervisor to liaise and
discuss with OIM & WS for any campaign related matters to achieve a smooth

Job Description:
 To ensure the installation of offshore oil and gas facilities is in accordance with client’s
and international standards, within the planned project duration, with required safety
procedures and guidelines as well as safe operating practices.
 Organize and arrange all work involved in a project in accordance with the project plan.
When and where possible, will initiate and direct additional parallel activities to
endeavor to improve on overall efficiency.
 Check with the Material Controller that all project materials have arrived on the
workbarge/workboat for each project prior to the commencement of each job.
Constant notify and report shortages to the Shift Supervisor/Construction Engineer for
necessary action.
 Principally responsible for:
(a) Organizing and controlling the on-site supervision of all construction works carried
out on or from the workboat/workbage, or by Site Team, in accordance with safety
procedures and guidelines, safe working practices and optimizing on performance to
complete works within the planned duration.
(b) Ensuring that the contractor’s personnel under his supervision operate in a safe and
systematic manner. Maximum care must be taken to ensure that all personnel are
motivated and fully aware of safety procedures.
(c) Review working procedures and work programs and suggest to the Construction
Superintendent/Supervisor any potential improvements to performance
(d) Assist the Construction Superintendent/Supervisor in investigations of accidents and
provide necessary feedback as well as any required follow-on actions.
(e) Also share knowledge and experience regarding procedures and technical skills in all
aspects of construction to his subordinates.

 Updated Workpack jobcards on daily basis in terms of:
(a) earned manhours versus budgeted manhours for each job card
(b) additional manhours utilization due to scope increment
(c) any other related reports
 Relocated to Labuan to support SSB Technical Integrity Restoration (TIR) Project team on
material checking and updated MTO (Material Take Off) for readiness of upcoming
projects.
 Relocated to Johor Ramunia Yard for SSB F23 R-A phase 1 and phase 2 Brownfield
Project material readiness check.
 Relocated to Lumut Kencana HL yard for SSB F28, Cilipadi, E8 & F13k Brownfield ship
loose materials verification and load out.
 Verified and campared Bill Of Materials (BOM) and Material Take Off (MTO) prepared by
company against master ship loose list from Yard contractor in order to avoid materials
shortage that may result in project delay.
 Updated material status and presented the check list to Client for their further
preparation and execution.
