Project Description: IMCSL want to launch Mobile Money services in India with Visa as their platform provider.
IMCSL will have escrow management with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd (KMBL). The requirement is regulatory for IDEA
to comply in order to launch Mobile Money services.

March 2014- Feb-2015 FPT(Shipping Logistics) India (Pune)
Project Description: FPT was in need to channelize their business engagements through a centralized web portal,
which will help the end users to make berth booking request on a port, export and import of fruits, create statistical
forecast, truck booking requests, arrangement for containers, efficient scheduling, etc. This will help the
organization to service the request in a better way and maximize the turnaround time at port.
The main idea behind the project is to come up to a resource schedule which will help to optimize the utilization of
resources at port which includes the machineries as well as workers.

Project Description: The Reward Re-engineering project is aimed at providing customers real time redemption
through various Nedbank servicing channels as well as enabling using their points as payment at e-commerce and
physical channel merchants. Project Scope: Nedbank perspective - Scope of the project based on the BRS/DRS is to
enhance the CVP for customers as part of delivering on Card Rewards strategy, to enable merchant funded rewards
based on a campaign basis, and Capability for integration of rewards websites, .mobi site and rewards widget.
Nihilent perspective - Nihilent has to enhance and develop front end component of Rewards Re-engineering
program. Project Execution Approach: The project will be managed from offshore and executed under offshore-
onsite model. Why Nihilent? Current development has been done by third party vendor and Nedbank has issues
with their deliveries. Having an extensive working knowledge with Nedbank in frontend space, Nedbank has
requested Nihilent to execute this new piece of development. Nihilent’s Commitment: Nihilent to allocate skilled
associates who have desired expertise in the domain as well as technical, and help Nedbank to meet its much-
needed deadline communicated to business stakeholders. Nihilent will continue its commitment for quality delivery

May 15 to March 16 Tumbhimall (E-COMMERCE)
Project Description: Tumbhimall is an e-commerce portal selling Talents such as Photographs, Paintings &
Sculptures online at nominal prices.
The integration with Tumbhi makes it more user-friendly with a much better user interface and seamless money
payments.
