 Implemented 10-15 Proxies (inbound and outbound) to send the ECC data to Third Party Vice Versa.
 Have involved in FTP to SFTP migration parts.
 During this period I have learnt VIM on the job without any training which is a niche technology.
 As part of R2P VIM developed customized objects to enable/disable to the fields on Portal as well as in the
back end.
 Have received appreciations from functional and client for outstanding deliverable also for quick turnaround.
 Weekly call with functional team, explaining and understanding issues on either ends, effort estimates and

Responsibilities:
 During this period I was involved in production support activities which include solving tickets i.e. incidents
that come up to due malfunctioning of previously developed custom enhancements.
 Also mostly on post implementation custom enhancements namely work orders which include new objects and
well as modifying existing entities.
 The highlight of any production support is handling tremendous work pressure yet sustaining the quality of
work.
 In this period being a senior resource in the project I took the role of off-shore SPOC and I have communicated
effectively and tracked minutely on each TASK and reported accurate output to the functional team/Client.
This helped me develop leadership qualities as well as develop functional areas.
