• Understand the needs, Translating and simplifying the client’s requirements e.g. Reports, Client
implementations.
• Strategic business process modeling, Traceability and quality management techniques.
• Facilitating design sessions with the implementations team to define the solutions.
• Delivering elements of system design, including data migration rule, business rules and other
related deliverables.
• Data clean up, wrong tagging reports and maintain database (Pipeline, OG top opps and

APAC, EALA and NA regions.

• Preparing MIS Reports for daily/weekly/monthly airline travel spend in various formats.
• APAC consolidation of global clients on CWT Tools and Online Booking Tools, responsible for
overall client account management, onboarding of new clients, ongoing support, etc.
• Worked on GDS tools as Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus. Testing of PNRs, Error issues, historical
information’s to resolve the cases.
• Worked closely with GPM/GPD to maintain traveler’s portal, new traveler profiles based on online
tools, CWT internal tools and maintain all hierarchy to flow correct information to our
clients/stakeholders.
• Setup APAC level new client implementations, amendments and managed all related high
management/stakeholders queries.
• Assisted in Global Distribution System (GDS) database migration from Amadeus to Galileo-
Clients moved to new GDS, Client’s data testing and error free transactions.
• Developing, Building, testing PNRs and Data Quality as Designed (Hotel, Air, Car, Rail and MISC
all types of bookings and manage their issues).
• Coached CIS team members on CWT tools i.e. TravCom, Glory, PMC (database), Sabre and
Galileo.
• Integral part of Quality Check (QC) team with respect to reservation and ticketing.
