plant. I have completed entire liaison work within stipulated time and setup HR and administration
structure. At present I am empowered as Board Resolution Holder / Authorised Signatory.
The responsibilities in current organization are as under.

 Complete setup of Administration, including vendor development, negotiation, and finalization
of service contracts, policy making, its implementation, monitoring and routine administration
within the purview of budget.
 Complete setup of HR activities at plant level, including policy making, implementation and
