- Trainee in the Human Capital Department of DP WORLD UAE Region in Dubai (A company with
6500 employees and part of DP World group with 30,000 employees globally)
o Focus on key human capital processes – Training & Development, Recruitment &
Onboarding
o Analysis of training vendor proposals, alignment with internal training needs,
coordination of training sessions and events
o Participation in interview process, language proficiency testing and post interview
candidate analysis and grading
o Updating the HC databases and querying for reports as per directions given
o The department operates Oracle EBS R12 HRMS system, and has a high degree of

familiar with the Records Library where the comprehensive Case Reports handled by the
company are filed. From the random sample of Case Reports that I reviewed, I was able to

- Worked as a telesales agent promoting a loyalty program called CIRCLE M – which offered
travel, accommodation and food benefits.
 ARABIAN OCEAN SERVICES, DUBAI (Summer of 2010)
- Internship with Arabian Ocean Services L.L.C. The company is engaged in the trade of goods and
services related to maritime onshore and offshore, oil and gas, and shipchandling. I was given
the task of organizing and filing customer and supplier documents. Duration was for two
months.

- Worked as a Promoter for TOUCHMATE – was in charge of selling Tablets.
