EUROPACIFIC SHIP CHANDLERS [Spinney’s Shipping Division]
 Manage with the entire responsibility of preparing payments to the suppliers.
 Responsibility of analyzing the accounts receivables and aging reports thereof.
 Check and verify accounting entries of source documents such as invoices, vouchers, debit and
credit notes.
 Reconciliation of financial statements.
 Preparing month end Reports.
 Conduct various audit procedures such as receivables and payables confirmation, Materiality
determination, inquiries and analytical procedures.
 Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial data necessary for an accurate
accounting of total business results.
 Analyze the Inventory and Stock control.
